Dedicated to quality
A small, owner-led team that treats every house like it's going to be someone's home — because it is.
The creative soul of Flip Furnishings
Originally from Lake Tahoe, California, Mandiey brings a blend of design expertise and a real passion for aesthetics to every home. She founded Flip Furnishings in 2018 and still leads every project.
A former yoga instructor, she brings balance and harmony to each staging — rooms that feel calm, open and lived-in rather than set-dressed. Outside work you'll find her paddle boarding on the lake. She's a proud mother of four.
Our staging crew
Every installer on our team is trained by Mandiey, so each home gets the same careful hand — from the first sofa through the last throw pillow.
Since 2018 our focus has been you. Clear communication, honest advice and no surprises.
Each house gets its own feel. Buyers should picture their life there, not a showroom.
Our own warehouse and trained crew mean we show up on the date we promised, ready to go.
